Check out <a href="http://prototype.conio.net/" rel="nofollow">Prototype</a> and <a href="http://microformats.org/wiki/rest/ahah" rel="nofollow">rest/AHAH</a>, if you haven't already :) I don't want to think about doing AJAX or Javascript without Prototype now, it has so many useful features - the $[] object alone is awesome. I wish I'd known about them a year or so ago when I was working on my final year project! AJAX rocks. Check out Prototype and rest/AHAH, if you haven’t already :)
